Privacy Policy

Hired Hand AI ("we") helps small businesses use AI. We run AI Assessments, build tools for our customers, and answer missed phone calls for businesses and text the owner the details. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

From business owners who book an AI Assessment: your name, business name, phone, email, and a recording and transcript of your assessment interview, including what you tell us about how your business runs.

From business owners who sign up for call answering: business name, owner name, owner mobile number, business hours, and billing details.

From people who call our customers: the caller's phone number, a recording and transcript of the call, and whatever the caller tells us about the job (name, address, problem, urgency).

From everyone: anything you send us by email, phone, or text.

How we use it

We use this information only to provide our services: to write your assessment report, to answer calls for our customers and send the business owner the lead, to build what you hire us to build, to bill our customers, to contact you about your service, and to improve the service. We do not sell personal information.

Text messages

We text business owners who opted in on our sign-up form about new leads for their business (our Lead Alerts program). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Details are on our text message program page.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Who we share with

We use service providers to run our phone lines, voice answering, AI analysis, text delivery, hosting, email, and payments (for example Twilio, ElevenLabs, Anthropic, Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe). They process data only to provide those services to us, and the no-sharing rule above applies to them for mobile numbers and consent. We share call details with the business whose line was called, and we share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Call recordings, interview recordings, and transcripts are kept for 90 days, then deleted. Assessment reports are kept so we can help you later, until you ask us to delete them. Lead details are kept while the business is a customer, and deleted within 30 days after they cancel.

To see, correct, or delete information we hold about you, email hello@hiredhandai.com. To stop texts, reply STOP.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
