Terms of Service

These terms cover the services Hired Hand AI provides: the AI Assessment, builds and automations, and missed-call and after-hours answering. By using a service, you agree to these terms.

The AI Assessment

The AI Assessment is a one-time fee, paid before your interview. It includes a phone interview about your business, a written report delivered within two business days of the interview, and one 30-minute walkthrough call. The interview may be conducted by our AI interviewer or by a person. Recommendations are suggestions. You decide what to use. Tools we recommend are sold by other companies under their own terms and prices, and we are not responsible for them.

Builds and automations

Any build, automation, or setup work is quoted in writing before it starts, with the price and what's included. Work starts after you approve the quote.

Call answering

Hired Hand AI answers phone calls your business forwards to us, takes down the caller's details, and texts them to you. You keep your own phone number. You set up call forwarding on your phone, and we give you the steps. Our answering is done by an AI voice agent. It takes messages. It does not quote prices, promise arrival times, or book work on your behalf unless you tell us to. You are responsible for calling your leads back and for the work you do for them.

Free trial and billing for call answering

New call answering customers get 14 days free, starting when their line is live. After that the service is billed monthly at the price shown when you sign up. There is no contract. Cancel any time by texting or emailing us. Service stops at the end of the paid month.

SMS program: Hired Hand AI Lead Alerts

What it is: we text business owners a summary of each call we answer for them.

Who gets texts: only business owners who opt in on our sign-up form at hiredhandai.com/answering.

Frequency: message frequency varies with your call volume.

Cost: Msg & data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Help: reply HELP, or email hello@hiredhandai.com, or call (972) 835-1732.

Privacy: no mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limits

We work hard to answer every forwarded call and to give good advice, but phone networks and software fail sometimes. Our services are provided as is. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll text or email you before a change that affects your price.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
